Among the invited lecturers are Amanbek Tolkyn, a specialist in rhetoric, and Bakhyt Dauletkhanovna Zhumakayeva, a specialist in mediation. During the training, lecturers of republican significance gave lectures on the following topics: "Rhetoric", "Public condemnation", "Conflict management" and "Effective negotiations". The head of educational work was present from our institute. The information is presented in an accessible form. Important skills were acquired easily and accidentally. Excellent teacher-trainers: the energy from them is in full swing and charges with positivity. Individual approach. The attitude of the teachers is very good. They immediately settled in, were easily accepted, encouraged and inspired. I liked the sincerity of the teachers, how dedicated they are to their work.
