November 30, 2022 students of the Department "Business and Management", Ekibastuz Engineering and Technical Institute named after Academician K. Satpayev took part in the International Online Olympiad "Finance of modernity 3600", which was held by the University "Turan" in honor of the National Currency Day.
The main objectives of the Olympiad were: to develop students' interest in future professional activity, to deepen students' knowledge in the field of finance, to stimulate creative initiative and scientific activity of students, as well as to increase students' financial literacy, to form a new form of thinking.
The Olympiad was held in 2 stages. At the first (qualifying) stage, essays on the specified topics, as well as video clips for the essay, were to be submitted. The second (final stage) consisted in the defense of students' team projects on the general topic "Finance of the XXI century"
36 universities from Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, and Belarus have been registered to participate in the Olympiad.
16 universities were selected for the final stage.
