At the initiative of the parliament, 10 schoolchildren, student volunteers, and employees of the Youth Center, as part of the ”80 Kind Initiatives" campaign, congratulated Anatoly Vladimirovich Siluyanov, a 95-year-old veteran of the home front, on his birthday, showed respect and warmth.
