As part of the cooperation program for 2025 between the branch of JSC NC KTZ – Directorate of the Backbone Network and specialized educational institutions, on April 23, Executive Director for Security S.B. Aikynbekov and internal coach, manager of the Human Resource Management Department D.A. Karibaeva visited Ekibastuz College and the Ekibastuz Engineering and Technical Institute named after Academician K. Satpayev.

This educational institution is one of the leading universities in the country and trains real professionals in the railway industry. This visit was an important step towards increasing interest in promising professions in the railway sector.

The main goal is to conduct guest lectures and organize promotional events that promote a deeper understanding of career opportunities in the railway industry among students. During the meeting, our experts gave informative lectures, shared their experiences, talked about modern technologies and safety issues on the railway, and also answered many questions from students.
