Important: You do not need to get a certificate for a rural quota. If you are a graduate of a rural school, the information will be in the database. It is worth noting that the rural quota is provided for specialties that determine the socio-economic development of the village.

Quota sizes are a percentage of the number of grants allocated. For example, in 2024, 13,735 grants were allocated in the direction of "Pedagogical Sciences", of which 137 grants or 1% were allocated for orphans, 549 grants or 4% were allocated to kandas, 687 grants or 5% to children from large families.
