  The quota for children from families raising four or more minor children is 5%. That is, 5% of the total number of grants will be distributed according to this quota. For example, in 2024, 13,735 grants were allocated in the field of Pedagogical Sciences, of which 687 grants or 5% were awarded to children from large families.        ✅ To participate in the grant competition under the “large family” quota, the applicant must be under 18 years of age. The family must have at least 4 minor children, including full-time university or college students under 23 years of age.
For example, the applicant himself (under 18 years old) + 1 child (under 18 years old) + 1 child (under 18 years old) + 1 child (full-time student at a university or college under 23 years old).
