If you are a 3rd-5th year student or a young specialist in one of the financial, economic, business and IT specialties, and you want to find a mentor to build and develop your career, feel free to apply for the KMF MentorPro.Finance program! Participation in the program is free!
The mentors of the program are leading experts and professionals of Kazakhstan in the field of finance, investment, project management, IT, marketing and HR.
What awaits you on the program:
- You will receive career advice and/or decide on a direction for professional development from an experienced mentor
- Learn more about the practice and real experience of experts from your professional field
- Useful training seminars and workshops: on building a personal brand, successful communications and many others

Criteria for the selection of participants:
- A young specialist or a 3-5 year student in one of the financial, economic, business and IT specialties
- Age: 18-25 years
- Geography: all regions of Kazakhstan
- Number of seats: 100 participants
- Participation is free of charge
When and how the program will take place:
- Applications are accepted until May 15, 2023 on the website http://kmfmentorprofinance.kz /.
- Selection of participants and formation of mentor-mentee - May pairs
- Mentee Training online – mid-June
- Active work with a mentor online/offline: from June 19 to August 13, 2023. Duration of mentoring: 8 weeks.
- Selection and awarding of the most outstanding results during the program
