THE MISSION OF THE DEPARTMENT

Training of competitive specialists in the field of transport, transport equipment and communications, as well as in the field of transport services.

Purposes:

Provision of high-quality higher professional education in groups of educational programs "Motor vehicles" and "Transport services", training of highly qualified specialists for transport and communication complex.

Tasks:

- introduction of modern information and communication technologies in  educational process;

- ensuring the quality of educational services and cultivating intellectual curiosity, lifelong learning, search for excellence, development of human potential, professional skills and fostering the spirit of corporatism;

- strengthening the motivation of students to obtain high-quality educational services through democratization of educational process;

- strengthening the motivation of students to obtain high-quality educational services through the democratization of the educational process;

 - improvement of the technology of educational process organization, its focus on realization of students and employers interests;

 - development and implementation of innovative teaching methods and interactive services;

 - development of innovative activities and international cooperation of the university in the field of education and science;

 - creating conditions for personal development and education of students.

Specialists of the department are trained for organizational and technological, repair and operational, production and management, plan and design, service and operational activities in the field of management of enterprises and transport units.

Specialists in this field of training can work at enterprises and departments of transport, regional transport management bodies and state transport inspection, marketing services and departments for study and maintenance of transport services market, freight forwarding enterprises and organizations, regional systems for transportation of goods and passengers, production and sales systems, traffic safety services in transport enterprises, organization and enterprises of production and technological systems’ information support.
