EITI named after Academician K. Satpayeva is the only higher education institution in the Ekibastuz fuel and energy region of the country with a population of about 150 thousand people. It purposefully provides training of highly qualified specialists for the enterprises of the Ekibastuz fuel and energy complex (hereinafter - ETEK) and the Republic of Kazakhstan, the implementation of scientific research and the training of highly qualified personnel on their basis.
On the basis of general secondary education, school graduates have the opportunity to receive higher professional education. The training period is 4 years.
On the basis of higher education, university graduates receive a second higher professional education.
College graduates have the opportunity to receive higher professional education through an accelerated training program.
Over the years of its existence, more than 9 thousand specialists have left the walls of the Institute, who successfully work in the Presidential Administration, akimats, head large enterprises, have become famous scientists, political figures, both in our country and abroad.
